How To Remove The Glasses From Our Eyes?

Tip 1.

Keep your Eyes Clean.

As you wash your face every morning likewise even your eyes are needed to wash. Cold water is fine for your eyes for the waste that was collected in your eyes overnight. Add Triphala Powder to the water this will be more effective for your eyes. Use it twice a day before and after bed.

Tip 2. 

Warm hands technique.

This is an ayurveda technique. Thi an old healing system from India.

Rub your palms to make them warm and keep them on your eyes for one minute. Like any other muscles your eyes need soon good old exercise to stay strong.

* Don't look at the light for few minutes after the relaxation exercise.

Tip 3.

Try The Round Clock Exercise.

Sit down and close your eyes and imagine your clock and rotate your eyes clockwise from 12 to 6 and then 6 to 12. Do this exercise at least 5 times.

Do the same from other side or anti clockwise.

Tip 4.

Draw Geometric figure from the gaze.

Sit down and open your eyes and draw some geometric figures.

For example= 1. A Triangle, 

2. A Circle

3. A  Square 

4. A Rectangle etc.

Tip 5.

Blink Extensively.

If you work the whole day on computer and forget to Blink. So take the the break in every 15 minutes. This help your eyes relaxe and hydrated.

 Tip 6. 

Eat food that are good for your eyes like Carrot, Spinach, Kale, Zucchini, Sweet Potatoes, And Butter. Are rich in vitamin A And lutins.

Omega 3, Fatty acids, Vitamin C, D, E, Zinc, Cartenoids also work miracles for your vision.

Tip 7.

Practice Focusing.

Take a pencil or a pen and hold it in front of your face at arm's length. If you don't have pencil nearby use your thumb. Start moving your thumb slowly towards of your face Keep your focus on it continue until you can no longer maintain focus it's ideal if you can manage to touch your nose with it now move it back to your arm's length.

Do this exercise at least 10 times.
